Terms of use
Effective 2026-10-18. These terms apply to Trip-Pups: the AI connector (MCP endpoint), the web pages, and the sign-up help we give by email.
1. What Trip-Pups is
Trip-Pups helps foreign travelers find festivals and events in Korea (Seoul and Gangwon for now), see whether foreign visitors can sign up, and get help with Korean-only sign-up pages. It is run by a team of two students in Korea. It is not a registered business yet and it is not a travel agency.
2. Free, and what our help covers
Using Trip-Pups is free for travelers. Our 1:1 sign-up help is free. We only use your own name and details. We never complete identity or phone verification for you or with our accounts. Some organizers do not allow anyone else to sign up on your behalf; for those events we only guide you through doing it yourself.
We do not book, buy or submit anything in your name. A sign-up is complete only when the organizer confirms it to you.
3. Event information
We collect event details from official pages and the Korea Tourism Organization's open data, and we mark each item as confirmed or not confirmed. Dates, prices and rules can change without notice. Always check the official page before you travel. "Not confirmed" means we could not verify it, not that it is impossible.
4. Links to other sites and paid experiences
We link to official event pages and, on some web pages, to tours sold by other companies (Viator, GetYourGuide, Creatrip). Those companies sell, charge and handle refunds under their own terms; we are not a party to that purchase. Some of these links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. Such links are labelled where they appear. They are not shown inside AI assistant replies.
5. Fair use
Do not send false details, requests for other people without their agreement, automated or bulk requests, or anything unlawful. We limit how many help requests can be sent from one email address or network in an hour, and we may refuse requests that break these terms.
6. Your details
How we handle your details is described in the privacy notice. Children under 14 may not send requests.
7. Liability
We try to keep information accurate and to answer within the time we state, but we cannot guarantee that an event takes place, that an organizer accepts a sign-up, or that information is complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on event information or by third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Changes
If we change these terms we update the effective date on this page. Earlier versions are kept in our change history and sent on request.
